About Us
Maryam Roz
FOUNDER AND CHIEF CURATOR
The Roz Company is a design-driven team led by founder Maryam Roz, built on a simple belief: every space has a story, and the right design helps people feel it the moment they walk in. Based in Washington, DC, we bring home staging, FF&E procurement, and general contracting together under one roof, so clients have a single, trusted partner from first walkthrough to final reveal. Our construction work is handled in house by a team with over 15 years of design, construction, and development experience.
Maryam’s style is warm, layered, and livable: natural textures, sculptural pieces, and a thoughtful mix of new and vintage. Whether we’re staging a rowhouse for market, furnishing a multifamily amenity space, or managing a full renovation, her passion for the work shows in every detail, and our team stays focused on what matters most: spaces that look beautiful, work hard, and deliver real results for our clients.
